GEM matches team member contributions of $25 or more to eligible organizations up to a maximum of $1,000 per employee, per calendar year. Participating organizations must be registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and located within the United States. Religious charities, political nonprofits, and alumni and specific school related groups are excluded under GEM's policy.
